Commercial Cleaning Terms & Conditions
We aim to provide consistent, high-quality cleaning services to all our commercial clients. To ensure a smooth experience please review the following service terms:
Early Termination Policy
If a contract is ended without the required notice, a cancellation fee may apply. This is typically equivalent to the first month’s service fee, or as detailed in your agreement.
Cancelling a Scheduled Cleaning
Need to cancel a specific visit? No problem; just give us a heads-up. At least 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel a scheduled cleaning. Less than 72 hours’ notice may result in a call-out fee, usually equal to the minimum service charge.
Force Majeure
- No fees will apply if cancellations are due to events beyond your control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Major emergencies
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a remedy if services are not provided with due care and skill or are not fit for their intended purpose. Please note: change-of-mind cancellations are not automatically covered. Standard cancellation terms (outlined above) will apply. We comply fully with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and all relevant consumer protections.
Domestic Cleaning Services (Regular Home Cleaning)
Notice for Scheduled Cleans:
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a regular home cleaning appointment.
- Late Cancellation Fee:
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, a 50% cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
- No Show / Locked Out Policy:
If our cleaners arrive and cannot access the premises (e.g., no one home, keys not available), the full-service fee may be charged.
Contract Cancellation Notice (Commercial Cleaning)
Clients must provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice to cancel an ongoing commercial cleaning agreement, unless otherwise specified in the signed contract.
End of Lease Cleaning Services (Bond/Exit Cleaning)
- Booking Deposit:
A deposit of 20–30% may be required to confirm your end-of-lease cleaning appointment.
- Notice for Cancellation:
Clients must provide at least 5 business days’ notice to cancel an end-of-lease clean without penalty.
- Late Cancellation:
If cancellation occurs within 5 business days of the scheduled clean, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling Policy:
To reschedule without losing your deposit, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice.
